Last month, Sandy Allnock came to our local craft store to teach classes. It was an awesome opportunity! My mom was already flying in for a craft retreat weekend so we were both able to take advantage of Sandy's expertise. I took Color Burst classes and my mom took a Bible Journaling class. We were both so impressed and we learned so much! Previously I only used my Color Burst to make backgrounds in my art journal. In Sandy's classes I learned how to make shapes - especially flowers - so amazing. I couldn't believe I made flowers with Color Burst. The tip in controlling the powder is quantity. You only need a very small amount, a pinch. If you've thought about dabbling with watercolor powder and haven't yet...definitely give it a try!
