Stampability was on display at its first event last weekend! It took a lot of preparation but was well worth it. The event was "Nautical Networking" at the marina where our houseboat (also our home and the Stampability office) is located ;). There were a lot of people, a band, good food and terrific weather. Can't complain about that first outing. It also a good learning experience for future events too. I had a lot of help setting up and throughout the event as my husband and dear friend were there to support me. I know in the future I'll have to put on my big girl pants and do it on my own! The best part of all was meeting Stampability customers face-to-face. It was awesome to talk with them and find out why they like the greeting cards and what they'd like to see from Stampability in the future. I was humbled by compliments from customers and passer-byers but those same compliments gave me confidence and encouragement in that I am bringing to market something people want. And that is a sentimental way to connect with loved ones through the mail box, not the computer screen. So I'll go ahead and find a few more opportunities to hang up the banner and put Stampability on display.
